Ramzová

One of the best resorts in Moravia, one of the ten best resorts in the Czech Republic, is called Ramzová. At 782m above sea level is the highest fast train stop in the Czech Republic - Ramzovské sedlo. The longest chairlift in the Jeseníky Mountains starts here. In the first part it is a modern detachable four-seater chairlift that takes you to Čerňava, from where the slopes for recreational skiers lead. The next part is a two-seater, which takes you to Šerák, the beginning of the Hrubý Jeseník ridge, to an altitude of 1351m above sea level.

In winter you can take the almost 3 km long downhill from there back to the lower station, which is more difficult in the middle part, or use the other lifts in the upper section around Čerňava. Ideal beginner and family terrain can be found in the lower part of the resort, where there are also a number of lifts and another two-seater cable car.
If you are more of a white track fan, Ramzová is an ideal starting point for a ridge hike or a less demanding trip in the opposite direction - to Petříkov and Paprsek and its surroundings. The resort is 90% artificially snow-covered.

The main building of the ski school and rental is located at the lower station of the four-seat cableway to Šerák. A smaller contact office can be found in the lower car park at the two-seater cableway.
